Public Dialogue on "Decolonisation or Development? The Role of Higher Education in South Africa"

The Centre for Conflict Resolution (CCR), Cape Town is holding a public dialogue on Decolonisation or Development? The Role of Higher Education in South Africa. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, 6 March 2018, at 6 Spin Street, Cape Town, from 17h30 to 19h00.

The dialogue will be addressed by Professor Nico Cloete, Director of the Centre for Higher Education Trust, and Extraordinary Professor at the DST/NRF Centre of Excellence in Scientometrics and Science, Technology, and Innovation Policy at Stellenbosch University; Professor Rajendra Chetty, President of the English Academy of Southern Africa, and Research Chair: Literacy and Poverty at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT); and Ms Karabo Khakhau, President of the Student Representative Council at the University of Cape Town (UCT).
